Should i say this?

never use colour pencils, unless you have strong arms. they never bring out colours unless u violently shade. i know best. instead, watercolours, crayons/pastels (yes, don't doubt) and acrylic. (i will use oil if i am a little richer) so yesterday i was telling Zul how much i felt like sitting in a field to paint. it's rare but an extraordinary feeling. i've never wanted to paint more. find pleasure in painting. hais think i'll end up poor, work for paint/art and die with my canvas.

anyway, I am still sick. I slept at 5am this morning, woke up at almost 1pm.

Update 9.18PM:
I lost more weight than ever. now am 42. hahaha I'm not afraid to disclose cos I was like 50 bout almost 2 years ago. I still eat the same. this is like miraculous. or am I really sick -.- btw, wish me luck for mother language!
